No Cancellations, No Refunds

All rituals, spells, and tarot readings sold on KatyaMystic are personalized spiritual services performed specifically for you. Because of the nature of this work — energetic and ceremonial — orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, regardless of the outcome.

This applies to every product on this site, including same-day rituals and tarot readings.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Spiritual work isn't a physical product you can return. Once a ritual is performed, the energy has been set into motion — it cannot be undone or reversed. This is true even if results take time to unfold, or don't appear in the way you expected.

What We Do Offer Instead

If you don't feel any shift within 27 days of your ritual, I personally review your situation and decide the right next step together with you. There's no universal redo for every case — what happens next depends on you and what you ordered. You will never be left without a response.
